Between nature and excellence
The Libramont Exhibition & Congress project is part of an ambitious goal to turn Libramont into a rural centre of excellence. Needless to say, excellence henceforth goes through ecology and eco-construction!
Built in accordance with what are known as “passive” standards, the facilities of Libramont Exhibition & Congress are a sterling example of a passive building respectful of nature. A European first! And yet, everywhere in Europe and throughout the world, passive construction is henceforth indispensable for private dwellings and for the business world and industry alike.
Built in a rural area and designed by our architects to blend in with the landscape, this brand-new exhibition and congress complex boasts exceptional architectural design, because it is sustainable and complies with a passive energy standard.
Embedded in a rural area by nature, we are very sensitive to using local resources and labour – in particular wood, a major asset in the Libramont region, which has been put to good use in this spectacular and innovative architectural gem.
